Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Who we are
These terms apply to carshop.impresship.com and the vehicle export services arranged through it by ImpressCar (“we”, “us”), Showroom 12, Ras Al Khor Auto Market, Dubai, UAE. By sending an inquiry, placing a deposit, or creating a seller account, you agree to these terms.
Listings and prices
- Vehicles are listed by us and by approved dealers. We check listings before they are published, but the condition report and inspection for the specific car you buy are what you should rely on.
- Prices shown are the vehicle price in the UAE unless stated otherwise. Export fees, shipping, insurance and destination duties are quoted separately before you commit.
- Listings can sell at any time. A car is only reserved for you once a deposit is confirmed in writing.
Buying and payment
- Before you pay, we confirm the vehicle by VIN, share the inspection results, and put the price, inclusions and delivery terms in writing.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to our company account against an invoice. We never ask for payment to a personal account.
- Deposits, balances and any refund conditions are set out on your invoice before payment.
Export, shipping and duties
- We handle the Dubai export paperwork, including deregistration and the export certificate, once the car is free of fines and finance.
- Ocean transport is performed by shipping lines under their own bill of lading terms. Transit times are estimates and can change with schedules, congestion and customs inspections.
- Import duties, taxes, age limits and registration rules are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. Duty estimates we give are guidance; the destination customs authority makes the final assessment.
- Marine insurance is included only when shown on your invoice. We recommend insuring for full value.
Dealers and sellers
- Sellers must list only vehicles they are entitled to sell, describe them accurately, and keep price and availability up to date.
- We may edit, decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, incomplete or breach these terms, and suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
- Sellers are responsible for keeping their login details secure.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law. We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by carriers, customs authorities or other events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help resolve them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Using the site
Our guides and estimates are general information; rely on your written invoice and quote. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai.
